We are looking for a customer focused, high energy, self-motivated individual for our open Central Enrollment Specialist remote role.  The Central Enrollment Specialist guides insurance-approved clients through the application and assessment processes. This position ensures the family is aligned with our therapy approach, submits the required documentation, and is connected to their child's service location. The Enrollment Specialist is the family's contact up until ongoing care, keeping them informed and supported consistently and partners with the local operations team to ensure a high level of customer service.

 

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

As a Central Enrollment Specialist at Proud Moments ABA,  you'll be challenged to realize your full potential:

  • Manage the enrollment process from ABA insurance verification outcome to the transition to ongoing care.
  • Maintain excellent communication with families, locations, and company departments to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Review and collect appropriate enrollment documentation for ABA authorization.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Keep families engaged, informed, and supported throughout their care journey.
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization and attention to detail to track and manage each case.

Qualifications

As an ideal Central Enrollment Specialist, you bring to Proud Moments ABA:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred; but not required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage families in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and keep all parties aligned.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience with customer service or similar roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related intake role; ABA intake experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED.
