To support our continued growth and unwavering commitment to quality care, Proud Moments ABA is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator based in North Bethesda, MD to support families and children receiving in-home ABA therapy services. In this vital role, you will serve as the key liaison between our clinical team and the families we serve—ensuring clear communication, seamless coordination, and a compassionate, supportive experience throughout their care journey.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

As a Proud Moments Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and their families. Your focus will be on ensuring compassionate, high-quality care by:

• Coordinating care for children with autism by assigning behavior technicians in collaboration with the Administrative Director and Talent Advisor

• Supporting families as a friendly, reliable point of contact—promptly responding to their questions, concerns, and needs

• Upholding quality standards by conducting regular quality assurance reviews with client families and the care team to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
