If you have an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and are someone who thrives on precision and collaboration, this is your opportunity to support families by ensuring seamless care authorization and compliance. In this pivotal role, you’ll review treatment plans and clinical documentation, liaise with BCBAs for essential case details, and engage directly with insurance payors — helping translate clinical care into approved services that make a real difference.

Your Impact as a Clinical Authorizations Associate:
Reviewing treatment plans and clinical documents for initial and ongoing authorizations
Ensuring treatment plans reflect medical necessity and adhere to behavior analytic principles
Submitting clinical documentation within required deadlines
Tracking and reporting feedback from insurance payors
Conducting clinical calls with insurance providers to support authorizations
