We are currently seeking a tactical and strategic Talent Advisor (Behavior Technician Recruiter) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a remote position that will specifically support the recruitment of Behavior Technicians for our center-based programs in New Jersey.

 

In this role, you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates. You will serve as a key partner to our operational teams, ensuring we are hiring top talent to deliver high-quality care to the children and families we serve.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Advisor at Proud Moments, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow a mission-driven team dedicated to supporting children with Autism. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to identify and implement effective, scalable recruiting strategies aligned with industry best practices and organizational needs

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technician roles in New Jersey, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates

  • Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate center tours or shadowing opportunities in collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and procedures

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with local schools, training programs, and community organizations to strengthen candidate pipelines and build brand awareness

  • Act as an ambassador for Proud Moments, promoting our mission and values throughout the recruitment process

  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

What you bring to Proud Moments as a qualified Talent Advisor:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on healthcare or high-volume roles (agency or in-house)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse audiences

  • Proven ability to critically evaluate candidate fit and align talent with organizational needs

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A mission-driven mindset and genuine interest in supporting the care and development of children with Autism
