Overview

We are currently seeking a tactical and strategic Talent Advisor (Behavior Technician Recruiter) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.  The Talent Advisor role is a remote position, and this person will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for our Behavioral Technician roles.  Imagine every hire you are part of positively impacts the life of a child with Autism... a mission you can get behind!

 

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.  Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.  Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Upstate NY, Nevada, Virginia, DC, Maryland, Michigan, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina and South Carolina.  We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families’ convenience. 

Responsibilities

As a Talent Advisor at Proud Moments you'll be challenged to reach your full potential:

  • Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Build tactical and strategic relationships with schools in your assigned market to promote brand awareness and showcase Proud Moments as the employer of choice 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you bring to Proud Moments as a qualified Talent Advisor:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with tactical and strategic healthcare recruitment, inhouse or agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate candidates
  • Aptitude in understanding the needs of each case
  • Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships
  • Outstanding organizational skills
