Overview

The Clinical Lead position is responsible for assisting the development and implementation of clinical programs. This role will share responsibility clinical quality aspects of the local market with their assigned Regional Clinical Director, including training new BCBAs, providing crisis prevention training, mentoring, supporting existing BCBAs, and promoting the development of students in BACB Fieldwork programs. The Clinical Lead works closely with the Regional Clinical Director and the administrative team to ensure all employees are properly trained and all families have a high-quality clinical experience that focuses on patient outcomes and proven evidence-based ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Direct BCBA supervision.
  • Support local clinical onboarding of behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCBAs.
  • Train, mentor, and provide regular guidance to BCBAs in assigned region.
  • Provide group supervision and mentorship to BACB fieldwork students.
  • Support the RCD during regular collaboration events for BCBAs and fieldwork students to promote learning and cultural growth.
  • Assist families and BCBAs towards successful adherence to effective treatment plans.
  • 20% travel required; travel to assigned locations for training and engagement activities monthly.
  • Regularly meet with local operators to ensure all clinical needs are being met.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting of clinical progress.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients based on the region’s need.

 

Annual Salary 85,000 to 95,000

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA license.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
  • Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
  • Licensed Behavior Analysis (or eligible) in all states in coverage area.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least five years’ experience as a BCBA, with at least two years in a supervisory position
