We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Authorizations Associate to join our growing organization. The Clinical Authorizations Associate will assist in client services, perform operations and workflow by submitting and obtaining authorizations approvals from insurance carriers for clients. This role is vital for effective case scheduling and related staff/client communication, maintaining client files.
Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is required
Proven experience (2–3 years) in obtaining authorizations from insurance payers.
